Big Ol' Display | National Batman Day, September 17

National Batman Day is September 17th this year. Since my coworkers were focusing on The Bat himself, I thought it would be fun to look into Alfred's filing cabinet of other characters and write case files on some of them. I ordered about 45 books from other libraries and I still don't feel like I have enough.

For the bulletin board, I thought using a quote from The Dark Knight would be fun, and I love Jim Gordon, so...

For the case files, I just copy/pasted from various wiki articles and then manually blacked out words so it looks redacted. There's the character's skills, equipment, and backstory. Most of what I "redacted" was anything that mentioned Batman, since he wouldn't write about himself in the 3rd person. I thought the Wayne Enterprises logo would be fun, even if it is impractical.

I actually have 4 wanted posters, but I just didn't have enough room to put them all out separately. The only one that you can't see in the pictures is Poison Ivy's because I didn't have enough comics with her as the main focus to display it, so she's in with the Birds of Prey and other miscellaneous comics.

Well, that's all I got, so I hope you like it. The next one I post will probably be my Halloween display that I'll put up at the end of the month.
